By creating an account and using WA Checker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

WA Checker provides a tool to verify whether phone numbers have active WhatsApp accounts. The service is provided "as is" and results depend on the accuracy of third-party APIs.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WA Checker only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to harass, spam, or contact individuals without their consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service
• Upload lists containing sensitive personal data beyond phone numbers
• Violate any applicable laws or WhatsApp's Terms of Service

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Check Limits

Check limits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused checks do not roll over to the next month. Free plan users receive 30 checks per month at no charge.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

Verification results depend on third-party API availability and accuracy. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and are not liable for decisions made based on verification results.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

WA Checker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
